About the Founder

I’m Osha, founder of Love Leads the Way Consulting.

I help people, leaders, and organizations come home to themselves so they can lead, live, and create from a place of deeper alignment, purpose, and impact. Nothing makes me feel more alive than helping people move through obstacles, reconnect with what matters, and create meaningful change in their lives and organizations.

My path has not been traditional and that is part of my strength.

I dropped out of high school and earned my GED. I now hold a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Communication from Utah Tech University. I am also pursuing a Master of Science in Leadership, Management, and Organizational Development through the Leadership Institute of Seattle, a deeply experiential and applied program that continues to strengthen the work of Love Leads the Way Consulting.

My leadership journey began at 16, when I managed a small business and its administrative operations. A few years later, I received an Emergent Leader scholarship to attend the Shambhala Institute’s Authentic Leadership Convention in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where I studied conflict bridging with Mark Gerzon.

Since then, I have gained experience in business development, nonprofit leadership, community engagement, program management, organizational strategy, facilitation, and consulting. I have served on nonprofit boards, including as President and Vice President. I have led teams, developed thriving programs, managed complex systems, and supported organizations through growth, change, and realignment.

No matter the setting, my work has always centered on people, purpose, and transformation.

My approach is rooted in the balance of love and strength: love as the force that reconnects us to what matters, and strength as the courage, structure, and action needed to bring that vision to life.

This work is not about quick fixes or surface level success. It is about sustainable impact and meaningful transformation.

Together, we identify what is getting in the way, realign with your values and purpose, and create space for clear, grounded, forward movement.
