I am Osha, founder of Love Leads the Way Consulting. I am passionate about helping people and organizations come home to themselves so they can lead, live and create from a place of deep alignment and purpose. Nothing makes me feel better and more alive than making positive impacts on the people and organizations I work with.
I dropped out of high school and got a GED but I now hold a MA in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a BS in Human Communication from Utah Tech. I am also working on a MS in Leadership, Management, and Organizational Development from Leadership Institute of Seattle because this program offers experiential and applied knowledge that will further Love Leads the Way Consulting’s positive impacts.
My leadership path started at 16 years old successfully managing and a small business and all of its administrative operations. A few years later I received a scholarship for Shambhala Institute’s Authentic Leadership Convention in Halifax, Nova Scotia as an Emergent Leader attending Mark Gerzon’s seminar on bridging conflict. I have since gained experience in nonprofit leadership, community development, and strategic consulting. I served on a nonprofit Board of Directors for three years, including holding positions as President and Vice President. I’ve led teams, developed thriving programs, managed complex systems, and headed growing organizations. No matter what I am doing, I will always hold space for deep personal and collective growth.
My approach is rooted in the balance of love and power, fueled by passion and curiosity, and grounded in the belief that real growth and leadership begins with coming home to who we are.
